Planning and Probate

Planning and Probate came about from my experience as an estate planning and probate Attorney.  I found that when I held presentations or met with prospective clients, little to nothing was known about estate planning or probate. Those that were familiar had come to know through ugly experiences like family fights. Once I explained the process and how planning is essential for peace of mind, the response is that they wish they knew that before. So that it why I decided to start my own estate planning and probate blog.

This is an educational blog about wills, estate planning, probate, powers of attorney, will contests, guardianships, trusts, heirships, muniments of title, real property and asset management. I hope through this blog the reader will be motivated to planning for life and be prepared for probate.
